Substantiation of control of special physical preparedness of athletes aged 12–13 in taekwon-do ITF

Physical preparedness is a basic type of athletes’ in all versions taekwon-do. Attention to physical preparation remains fixed and actual at various stages multi-year sports improvement. Researchers methodological papers mostly present specifics training competition activity taekwon-do WTF lesser extent ITF GTF. This calls for specification the set information means control specialized athletes aged 12–13. The aim paper substantiate parameters 12–13 ITF.
